DONNA COOPER MEMORIAL GARDEN

This memorial garden was created in memory of Donna Cooper, a teenager killed by joyriders in 1993.

The garden was created in collaboration with Groundwork Black Country.

The garden contains four amphitheatres, each one with artworks representing the four elements.
